- Audio Tools: Convert text to speech with multiple voice options, train custom voices, or change your recorded voice.
- Image Features: Remove backgrounds, do image-to-image transformations, and even expand images infinitely.

Launching Your Video Journey
In the video, I demonstrate how to:
- Generate a Short Clip: Using text prompts like “bunny talking,” Runway produces multiple variations in a queue.
- Extend & Expand: Add extra seconds to your clip or expand the video vertically/horizontally for a new frame.
- Style Transfer (Video-to-Video): Convert your bunny into claymation or another aesthetic, preserving motion but changing visuals.
After generating, I showcase:
- Lip Sync (Act One): Attempt to detect a face in the video, then sync it with your own or a chosen audio track.
- Edit & Speed: Add camera shake, speed up or slow down the clip, and watch how it affects the final output.

Breaking Down the Output
Once I find a version I like, I highlight Runway’s other features:
- Generative Audio: Convert text to speech with voices like Maggie or Jack, or do speech-to-speech to transform your voice.
- Infinite Image & Remove Background: Expand an image beyond its original borders or isolate a subject for a new background.
- Iterative Workflow: Keep layering transformations—extend the clip, then style it, then lip-sync it—to create something uniquely yours.
Practical Tips as You Scroll:
- Credit Management: Each operation consumes credits; plan your transformations and keep track of usage.
- Multiple Generations: If you’re not satisfied, queue the same operation several times for different variations.
- Paid vs. Free Tiers: Some advanced features (like higher resolutions or custom voice training) may require a subscription.
